Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can not offer you a full refund.
To be eligible for a full refund no test are to have been booked within the 14 days. After the 14 days have passed a fee of £150 will be deducted from the refund total.
The Deposit of £99 is non refundable. Unless we fail to fulfil your purchase.

- Theory Tests.
- Practical Tests.
- Hours Taken.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Booked Lessons.
- Cancelled lessons.
Once the refund email has been sent we will email you to notify you. We will also notify you of the amount due to be refunded.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, A credit will be applied to your chosen method of payment within 30 Business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
