Booking a course
All courses are to be booked online this can be done by yourself or over the phone with our sales team.
All courses are to be paid in full no later then 2 weeks before your first lesson is due.
During your course
All lessons are pre booked to work around your availability. Any lessons cancelled with 48 hours notice will not be charged. However any lessons cancelled after the 48 hours window will be charged at the instructors discretion.
If your instructor feels you are not safe to take a practical test they may refuse use of their vehicle for the practical test date. Again this is down to the instructors discretion.
If you appear to have COVID like symptoms please contact your instructor straight away to discuss what actions can be taken to ensure everyone is kept safe. We ask this as it may impact other students and their courses. All situations are subject to instructors discretion.
Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can not offer you a full refund.
To be eligible for a full refund no test are to have been booked within the 14 days. After the 14 days have passed a fee of £150 will be deducted from the refund total.
The Deposit of £150 is non refundable. Unless we fail to fulfil your purchase.
Additional non-refurnable items:
- Theory Tests.
- Practical Tests.
- Hours Taken.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Booked Lessons.
- Cancelled lessons.
Once the refund email has been sent we will email you to notify you. We will also notify you of the amount due to be refunded.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, A credit will be applied to your chosen method of payment within 30 Business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
